How to Copy and Paste on a Android
Typing on your Android phone or tablet can be a bit tedious at times, especially if you have to type a lot. And what if you want to share what you’ve typed with someone else? Don’t type it all out again, just copy and paste!
Copy and paste functionality on Android is pretty basic, just as it is on most operating systems. Cutting and copying single items for pasting once is fine, but cut or copy anything else and it’s gone forever.
Copying and pasting on Android is simple:
First, select some text. In most apps, you can do this by Long-Pressing on the text you want to copy.
You can also tap Select and Copy. Then, adjust the handles of the highlighted section to get just the words you want.
Finally, navigate to where you want to paste the text and long-press there, then select Paste. Tap on that to see the option to paste.
