So today it’s the 14th of February the so-called Valentine’s Day, it’s an annual festival to celebrate romantic love, friendship and admiration.
This day has made a lot of people display their romantic and admiration of their loved ones on WhatsApp Status.
Most people are familiar with this feature, which allows you to share text, photos, videos and animated GIFs that disappear after 24 hours.
In order to send and receive status updates to and from your contacts, both you and your contacts must have each other’s phone numbers saved in your address book.
Many people have being using this feature to their own advantage. Did you know that you can select who to view your WhatsApp status?
To those who know about this feature mostly when their photo is placed on “his/her” WhatsApp status, they are now requesting so-called V11 forms, where they would want to see who viewed the updated status.
Here is how you can select who to see your status or not:
Step 1: Open WhatsApp Application.
Step 2: Swipe to your Status Section.
Step 3: Tap top right Dots
Step 4: Tap Status Privacy (this is where you can select who should watch your status and not, you can select as per your saved Contacts, Your Contacts except… (then you select people who you don’t want them to see your status) and Only Share with…( select the person from your contacts who you want to view your status.))
