ZETDC Sets A Customer Self-Service Platform

Almost everyone nowadays loves to be on the Internet for various reasons, one of them being that of working remotely to achieve their desires. Just recently the Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) launched a Self-Service Customer Portal to enable consumers to access information on various products by the utility.

The platform is so user-friendly and everything is quite on point, what you need to use the platform is registering to provide your username and password. After providing the necessary information a user will then have the privilege: to view information from the billing system.

A user/customer will be able to view their last three token purchases by entering a meter number. They can also enter the number of units they want to purchase and get confirmation of the amount they are required to pay or enter an amount and get the number of units.

One of the coolest features we liked is, consumers, can track any electricity connection application and progress on an online application for electricity connection can be tracked using a system-generated P-Reference Number.
