Just as their motto, Econet is surely inspired to change this world through convenient network provision. For a long time now, due to congestion, it is very difficult to get immediate assistance from Econet agents when you call their helpline 111. At long last, it seems there is a light at the end of the tunnel. This is after the leading mobile network provider in the country, Econet Zimbabwe introduced a Call Back Assist recently.

So if you want assistance, just as usual dial 111 and instead of being asked to hold on for connection and waiting for those long periods, now you can actually find out the time you have to wait before your call connects. Econet has introduced a system that can calculate your probable wait time before you can get through to an agent. The good news and most interesting option though, is that one can now decide whether to be called back by an Econet agent in the case there are high call volumes.

This means when you call 111 for assistance, Econet customers can now choose through options provided, to leave a call back alert for the next available agent who will then call back. Furthermore, customers can schedule a later time convenient to them. So as soon as an agent gets free, customers can be called back and get assistance on their queries.
