ZOL Zimbabwe is experiencing a network challenge, affecting the internet connectivity for its customers as well as causing failure to email services. Thence it is apologizing for the inconvenience caused by this failure.
ZOL posted an important notice notifying its customers about the network challenge which is experienced by both, the customers and the service provider. The customers are currently having challenges to access the internet services and they are failing to conduct email services too. ZOL is a service provider, it is also affected in a way that the Contact Center channel is unavailable during this downtime.
Engineers at ZOL are working to rectify this issue as soon as possible as said by the ZOL on their post. Customers should bear with their service provider as they are working for the restoration of normal service.
