Steward Bank recently updated its online banking Application and it detonated customers to complain, due to its malfunctions. The square 2.0 mobile App is designed to give power to customers, for them to transact whenever and wherever they are, but concerning customer reviews, the application is failing to provide efficient services to customers.
Several complaints were posed by customers, for instance, some are indicating that subscribers are failing to sign in with their accurate credentials. One of the comments stated that “failing to log in with correct credentials it is saying could not find a registered profile with credentials. I think there is an error somewhere between server and the application,” another customer also designated the same situation, “Too many steps just to input a phone number or pin. The app favours beautiful animations and effects at the expense of convenience and user experience”, although many users are complaining about Application’s inconveniences some of them are admiring the designs of the App, “Design was a good job indeed now you are only left with making it work for the intended purpose”.
Furthermore, the review section was filled with abrasive questions, for example, one asked“Why did you upload this App when it is still having issues”, and someone also stated, “Useless app… OTP never came”. Another comment was saying, “Having trouble signing in, keeps saying, ‘could not find a user with these login credentials’ but I’m using the same details in the previous App”.
In other words, Steward Bank subscribers there are indicating the same issue towards Steward Bank’s new update (Square Application) since it is a single problem Steward Bank has got the base to fix their new Application.
Although most of the comments are complaints, some of them are admiring this new application for instance, “A very excellent and convenient app easy to use, less charges thus an added advantage. Thank you steward bank”, and also another comment stated, “This is a great App … good work”.
In conclusion, the new update of Steward Bank Square Application is well designed considering the comments from the Application review on Google play. However, most of the subscribers are failing to sign in with their correct credentials.
